Fuji Astia 100F was originally developed as a professional portrait film, celebrated for its exceptionally accurate skin tone reproduction. But dig deeper into the archives and a strong street photography tradition emerges – one that makes this film far more versatile than its portrait reputation suggests.

This Fuji Astia 100F film simulation leans into that street photography character. Warm tones – particularly reds and yellows – are diffused and softened, while a dark blue fade in the shadows adds atmosphere and a sense of mystery. The combination is particularly effective with Canon cameras, which naturally produce strong orange tones that the grade tempers beautifully.
