I can’t log in after the site update

During our recent website overhaul, some account credentials were reset. Use the password reset tool with the email address you originally registered with. If you no longer have access to that email, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you recover your account manually.

Where are my previous purchases?

All your purchases and downloads are safe. Once you log back in, head to My Account → Film Library to re-download your products. If anything is missing, email us with your order number or the email you used at checkout.

I need to update my billing country

Go to My Account → Account → Edit Details to set your country. This is required for checkout. Once saved, your country is locked to prevent tax issues — contact us if you need to change it later.

How do I install my film simulations?

Each product download includes a README with installation instructions for your specific software. For general help, check our Lab Notes for tutorials and guides.
