These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.andpfilmstyles.com and any products purchased through it. By placing an order or downloading a product, you agree to these terms in full.

ANDP FilmStyles sells downloadable digital products — film simulation presets in .CUBE, .XMP, and .ICC formats, along with accompanying files — delivered electronically via your My Account area immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped. You are purchasing a licence to use the files described on the product page.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. ANDP FilmStyles does not store or have access to your payment card details. An order confirmation is sent by email upon successful payment, and your download links become active immediately.
Each product you purchase is licensed, not sold. The following terms apply to all ANDP FilmStyles digital products — film simulation presets and any accompanying files.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these colour grades for personal and commercial photography projects. This includes use by individual photographers, hobby photographers, photography studios, and colourists.
Credit to ANDP FilmStyles is appreciated but not required. If you choose to give credit and notify us, we may offer to feature your work on our blog or social channels.
The following are not permitted without prior written authorisation from ANDP FilmStyles:
All files remain the intellectual property of ANDP FilmStyles. Purchase grants a licence to use, not ownership of the files themselves. ANDP FilmStyles reserves the right to revoke this licence in the event of a breach of these terms.
4. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Our products are digital files made available for immediate download upon payment confirmation.
EU/EEA statutory withdrawal right: As an EU/EEA consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date and receive a full refund, provided you have not yet accessed or begun downloading the product files.
Waiver upon access: By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions at checkout and proceeding to download, you expressly request that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that, once you access or begin downloading the files, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Defective or misdescribed products: If the downloaded files are corrupted or incomplete and we are unable to provide a working replacement within five business days, or if the product is materially different from its description on the product page, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the above. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with details of the issue.
Fraud and abuse: Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behaviour.
Revocation of licence: Upon issuance of any refund, your licence to use the product files is revoked and you must delete all copies from your devices.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Download links are available in your My Account area and remain accessible for as long as the website operates — we recommend keeping local copies of all downloaded files. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in breach of these terms.
All content on this website — including text, images, design, code, and product files — is the property of ANDP FilmStyles or used with permission. Nothing on this site may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these terms. Photographer images used on this site are credited individually and are not included in any product download.
ANDP FilmStyles provides all products “as is” without warranty beyond what is described on the product page. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, as required by Dutch and EU consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
EU consumers also retain the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The last updated date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
